This course is designed for medical educators teaching through English.

This course is designed for lecturers and teaching staff in the meical and healthcare sciences who work with students in seminars, tutorials and workshops and use English as the medium of education. 

By the end of the course, participants should be able to:

• Reflect on the glocal (global + local) medical classroom;
• Harness linguistic and cultural diversity of mullitlilgual and multicultural learning spaces, based on research in the field;
• Identify teaching and learning methodologies for the glocal medical classroom;
• Possess increased capacity to use the CLIL approach (Content and Language Integrated Learning);
• Reflect on how to train fellow medical educators.
